Not Medical Advice:SaferBaby provides general safety information based on ingredient databases and publicly available research. This information is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your child's specific health conditions and needs.

Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of product data in our database. Product formulations change frequently and our database may not always reflect the most current version of a product.

Recall Alerts: SaferBaby may surface product recall information from regulatory sources, but should not be relied upon as the sole source of recall notifications. Always check official regulatory websites for the most current recall information.

You agree to:

• Use SaferBaby for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or its API
• Not use SaferBaby to harass or harm others
• Exercise your own judgment alongside the information SaferBaby provides

SaferBaby and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SaferBaby and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Product data is sourced from open databases under their respective licenses.

SaferBaby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaferBaby shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including any decisions made based on information provided by the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
